Every year, the nine-months Postgraduate Programme for Sustainability Cooperation (PGP) prepares up to 18 German and European university graduates for the challenging tasks and responsibilities of German and international development cooperation.
Applicants can choose and study one or more of Diploma in Conflicts Management & Mediation (CMM), Diploma in Project Management (PM) and Diploma in Leadership & Human Resources Management (LHRM).

The International Institute for Peace (IIP) is an international and non-governmental organization (NGO and INGO), with consultative status at ECOSOC and UNESCO. The IIP pursues the objective of contributing to the maintenance and strengthening of peace through its research activities and as a platform to promote non-violent conflict resolution in different areas of the world and to a wide range of people.

The Vienna School of International Studies is a training institution offering postgraduate courses for university and college graduates of all disciplines.
Project-related internships with a duration of 4 months during term time with 16 hours per week. Fields of activity include literature research, preparation of data for reports, policy-briefs working papers, preparation of minutes of workshops and events, preparation of summaries, organization and hosting of events and support in coordination activities.
