Topic 4: Shaping the Rules-Based International Order
Forging Future Coalitions

This section will examine new formats, partnerships, and collaborative procedures within this context. It will address the various philosophical, ideological and strategic dimensions of the present international system, including the effects of economic prioritisation, the absence of shared values, the current competition among different forms of multilateralism, and the progression towards genuine multipolarity.
